Subcontracting fabrication and Machine Work
- If you are interested in “one-stop shopping,” we are prepared to
subcontract sand casting, enclosure fabrication, and machine shop work. Facilities lists are available upon request. We assume total responsibility for the product from fabrication through coating and screen printing.

Drop shipments - a large part of our business is drop-shipped out-of-state as a convenience and cost saving for customers who have grown to trust our services.

Fanuc P-50i Painting Robot - A self-contained positive pressure paint room houses a Fanuc Painting Robot as the centerpiece of the facility which features 250 feet of overhead monorail chain conveyor, electric infra-red preheat station, 8' x 14' spray booth with roll-up filter wall, 12' x 20' x 8' electric oven, and an air make-up unit to provide temperature and humidity control for the pressurized paint room.

The Conforming Matrix ACR 1000 is a pneumatically operated semi-automatic painting machine. The treadle operated machine leaves both hands free to load and unload two pieces simultaneously. Two paint guns mounted at different angles on a cross-bar can traverse at a speed to yield approximately 1000 pieces/ hour.
